- Account data (Google Sign-In): when you sign in, we use Firebase Authentication. We may process your email address, display name and a Firebase user ID (UID).
- User content: routines and exercises you create in the App, stored in Firebase Firestore.
- Technical data: limited data required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service (e.g., logs, device/network information) handled by Firebase/Google infrastructure.
3) Why we use your data
- To authenticate you and provide access to your account.
- To store and sync your routines and exercises across devices.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and keep the service running.
- To provide customer support.
5) Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active or until you request deletion. Limited retention may apply for backups, security, or legal obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
