• The email you use to sign in to the App
• Subject: “Account Deletion Request”

What will be deleted

• Your authentication account record in Firebase Authentication (access to the App)
• Your routines/exercises and related data stored in Firestore under your user account

Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period for security, backups, or legal compliance.
